The staff - helpful, fluent English. Hotel - beautiful gardens, amazing mountains view. Buffet breakfast - excellent, huge, nicely furnished, cozy, fireplace. Staff - polite. Room - nice, with a porch. Accessibility - mainly for children and disabled. Environment - quiet. Location - short ride to Polonezköy

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a lot of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Despite the transportation issues, we had a great time during our New Year's stay. the staff was amazing, especially Aziz who speaks fluent English. the views of the mountains from the small houses were breathtaking. We also enjoyed the gardens, which were beautiful and well-maintained.
Transportation was a major issue as even Uber couldn't reach the area.

This hotel made our Christmas unforgettable! The cozy restaurant with the fireplace was the perfect spot for the huge buffet breakfast which was amazing! We loved the nice room with the porch, and the beautiful gardens with a view of the mountains. Plus, the staff, especially Aziz, was incredibly polite and helpful.
Although the surroundings were peaceful, we were disappointed to find out that there was no transportation available to explore the area. We tried to use Uber, but it couldn't reach us.

The accommodations were pleasing, with a breakfast restaurant that had a lovely, warm décor. the staff members were friendly and impeccable, with one employee in particular standing out for his English fluency and helpfulness. There were nice views of the surrounding mountains, which made for a pleasant atmosphere.
The cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved.
